We fly to over 90 regular, seasonal and charter destinations throughout Europe, the Mediterranean, North America, Asia and Africa, both in passenger and cargo traffic. Description
Responsible for regularly reviewing safety indicators to determine compliance within the Technical organizational unit.
Oversees the safety risk register and ensures that all subordinate units within the Technical organizational unit operate in accordance with the Safety Management System Manual.
Verifies whether corrective measures aimed at risk reduction have been taken in a timely manner.
Assists in technical investigations of maintenance deficiencies and helps organizational units prevent recurrence.
Performs the duties of a technical specialist in identifying hazards and assessing risks related to technical operations, and recommends measures for risk mitigation.
Approves risk assessments upon confirming that risk‑tolerability and mitigation measures are appropriate.
Monitors completed risk assessments conducted within the Technical organizational unit.
Implements procedures outlined in the Safety Management System Manual.
Participates in safety promotion, including issuing technical publications such as Safety Insight, Safety Message, Safety Warning, Safety Caution, and Safety Information.
Analyzes and processes reported technical events through the Intelex system.
Reports events to the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia.
Performs ramp inspections and Safety Audits in accordance with the annual Safety Audit Plan.
Organizes and conducts meetings of the Technical Safety Action Group (TSAG) and prepares presentations.
Serves as a member of the FDM team in the area of airworthiness and interprets FDM parameters related to the technical aspects of aircraft operation.
Responsible for the concept, development, and initiation of activities aimed at improving compliance and quality standards in technical operations.
Requirements
Type of Education: Level VII, Higher Education
Excellent knowledge of aviation regulations issued by the competent authorities (particularly EU OPS, EASA, and the Civil Aviation Directorate of the Republic of Serbia).
At least 5 years of work experience in aviation maintenance/technical operations, of which 3 years in aircraft maintenance/airworthiness.
Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
English language: excellent, active use
