Title:  Treasury Manager

Job Description

• Manages all treasury‑related activities within the company and its representative offices.
• Oversees cash flows and cash‑handling operations (domestically and internationally).
• Identifies and monitors treasury risks in accordance with best-practice financial standards.
• Establishes the treasury operations infrastructure as the foundation for treasury activities.
• Ensures and implements technologies that improve the accuracy and security of treasury operations, including the introduction of automation.
• Ensures effective cash management to support the financing needs of business units within the Company.
• Manages liquidity in line with the Company’s payment obligations and due financial commitments.
• Prepares and monitors cash‑flow forecasts and performs financial modelling.
• Introduces appropriate financial security instruments (letters of credit, guarantees, etc.) to reduce risks in international trade.
• Ensures effective financial control systems and internal/external controls and audits within the treasury function, in accordance with the established governance structure.
• Oversees long‑term financing, financial investments, and intercompany financing in compliance with applicable laws.
• Supervises daily cash management and ensures complete and accurate reporting of cash balances and payments.
• Ensures employee development and training.

Requirements

• University degree (VI/VII)
• 3 years of work experience in finance
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English language -  excellent, active
• Knowledge of cash‑handling operations, IT solutions, and SAP
