Title:  Manager Accounting and Reporting

Job Description

• Ensures the application of applicable accounting regulations, International Accounting Standards (IAS), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), in accordance with the legal framework.
• Improves the existing accounting system for recording business transactions, proposes and implements changes.
• Prepares and submits financial statements (individual and consolidated) in accordance with applicable regulations, in cooperation with the direct supervisor.
• Manages the calendar and format of monthly reporting in cooperation with the heads of organizational units.
• Identifies the specific information needs of the management team and structures reports accordingly.

• Performs monthly reviews of budget execution.

• Works closely with the Financial Planning and Control team on the preparation of the annual budget, monthly financial forecasts, and the three-year strategic business plan. Ensures the accuracy of reported revenues and expenses.
• Cooperates with internal and external auditors during regular and special audits. Explains and implements audit recommendations. Designs and carries out activities to effectively implement the recommendations.

Requirements

• University degree (VII), Faculty of Economics
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in large/medium legal entities or auditing
• Proficiency in SAP
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English language – excellent, active
