Job Description
- Participates in activities related to human resources, from hiring to termination of employment – defining job descriptions, conducting the recruitment and selection process, onboarding process, defining employee benefits, and offboarding process.
- Fills out relevant HR forms and forwards them for further approval by the business and executive management.
- Ensures that all organizational changes are in line with the approved HC budget and the Rulebook on Organization and Job Classification.
- Organizes follow-up interviews with new employees and exit interviews and maintains a database based on the information received.
- Actively participates in various HR projects.
- Participates in the development and implementation of corporate culture and values.
- Monitors human resources market trends, as well as best practices from other companies, and provides recommendations for improving the operations of the Human Resources department, suggesting improvements.
Requirements
- University degree (VII), preferably in the field of human resources, psychology, or management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language - excellent, active
