Job Description
- Daily management and administration of the Frequent Flyer program
- Membership administration: Processing and verification of new registrations; Updating the member database (personal data, statuses, transaction history); Validation of entered data (e.g., passports, birth dates, email addresses); Managing the partner database via the partner portal
- Mileage calculation and allocation: Monitoring flights, promotions, and partner transactions to ensure correct mileage allocation; Processing requests for retroactive mileage crediting; Ensuring compliance with program rules during mileage conversion into rewards
- Member support: Responding to inquiries via email (mileage status, benefits, promotions); Resolving complaints and discrepancies
- Partner collaboration: Maintaining relationships with partners (hotels, rent-a-car, banks, retail); Communication and coordination regarding accurate mileage recording; Collaboration with suppliers on the integration of new partners
- Internal collaboration: Coordination with sales, contact center, and marketing and corporate affairs teams on campaigns and benefits; Collaboration with IT and PSS teams to maintain mileage tracking systems.
Requirements
- University diploma (VII)
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in similar roles
- Experience with databases and analytical tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is desirable
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language - excellent, active
