Title:  Expert Accounting and Reporting

Job Description

• Monthly review of balance sheet positions with managers in Accounting, Treasury, and Reporting just before the month-end accounting closing.
• Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet positions and preparation of working papers for the same to ensure accurate representation and reporting of the financial position and results.
• Monitoring and regular reconciliation of loan balances and other liabilities stemming from external financing.
• Participation in the preparation/review of statutory reports and reports prepared in accordance with international financial reporting standards on an annual, semi-annual, or quarterly basis, as well as reports for statistical purposes and management reports.
• In cooperation with the Manager Accounting and Reporting, collaborates with both external and internal auditors.
• Monitoring movements and performing detailed analysis of fixed asset and inventory accounting entries during the period.
• Collaboration with the Accounts Payable Department and monitoring accounting entries by cost centers for potential corrections.
• Collaboration with colleagues from Financial Planning and Control in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly result forecasts, and monthly analysis of deviations from the budget and current estimation of results.
• Preparation and updating of accounting policies in accordance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• University degree (VI/VII)
• 3 years of work experience in finance
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
• English language -  excellent, active
