Job Description
- Responsible for revenue management and capacity optimization across assigned routes and flights, with the objective of maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Monitors and manages booking class availability, inventory capacity, and overbooking policies, leveraging data analytics, demand forecasting, and advanced Revenue Management systems and tools.
- Analyzes sales trends, historical data, seasonality, and competitive market dynamics to identify opportunities and implement initiatives that enhance commercial performance.
- Prepares regular reports, monitors key performance indicators (RASK, yield, load factor, and other revenue metrics) and identifies opportunities to increase revenue through pricing and capacity optimization.
- Collaborates closely with Pricing, Distribution, Network Planning, Scheduling, Trade, Corporate and Charter Sales teams to align commercial strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Manages group booking requests, controls booking class availability in real time, conducts analyses and scenario simulations, and contributes to the development and enhancement of Business Intelligence infrastructure, analytical tools, and KPI reporting systems.
- Actively supports the development of market strategies and the continuous improvement of revenue management processes.
Requirements
- University degree (VII)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language - excellent, active
