Job Description
- Product management: Defining and managing the loyalty program development plan, aligning with business objectives and user needs; Conducting competitive analysis of other loyalty programs; Preparing presentations and reports to support strategic decision-making at senior management level
- Business analysis: Gathering and analyzing requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications
- Stakeholder collaboration: Close cooperation with teams from PSS and Distribution, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Customer Support to define business requirements for new features or changes to the loyalty platform
- Data-driven decision making: Utilizing analytics to monitor program performance, identification trends, reward usage behaviors, customer dropout risk, customer lifetime value, and identification of opportunities for improvement; Developing dashboards and regularly reporting on loyalty program KPIs
- Agile methodology: Leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story development activities in an agile environment
- Operational loyalty program management: Supporting the design, A/B testing, and evaluation of loyalty promotions and campaigns; Monitoring integration performance with partners (e.g., hotels, rent-a-car, credit cards) and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Customer experience optimization: Enhancing user engagement through personalized rewards, seamless digital experience, and innovative loyalty strategies
- Regulatory compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices in loyalty program management.
Requirements
- University diploma (VII)
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar roles, preferably in the airline industry, tourism, or loyalty program management
- Practical experience in handling large datasets and analyzing customer behavior
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience working with CRM platforms
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and business analysis tools
- English language - excellent, active
