Job Description
- Updates all employee data and employment statuses that affect payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Collects and verifies timesheets and supporting documentation.
- Maintains records of employee absences and monitors sick leave status through the E‑Bolovanje portal.
- Calculates sick leave over 30 days and monitors reimbursement processes.
- Enters bank account details, administrative orders, and garnishments.
- Ensures all required documentation is complete in accordance with HR procedures and oversees proper archiving.
- Participates in the execution of monthly payroll processing within defined deadlines.
- Prepares and updates M‑4 and M‑8 forms upon request from employees, former employees, and the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.
- Responsible for issuing employment and salary confirmations requested by employees, banks, and other institutions.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries.
Requirements
- High school degree (IV)
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language – basic level
