Job Description
- Reconciliation of incoming payments and sales matching in SAP (BSP/ARC, AMEX, Visa/Master, cash)
- Monitoring and reconciliation of card sales with actual collections (RSD/foreign currency)
- Analysis and resolution of discrepancies between sales and payments (SAP/reservation system/revenue accounting system)
- Processing refunds (card and bank transfers) and collaboration with banks and the Treasury department
- Invoicing and adjustments — reclassifications, error corrections, direct and indirect sales
- Monitoring IATA BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) settlements and closing by sales points and currencies
- Posting and reconciliation of bank statements
- Analysis of suspense accounts and reconciliation discrepancies
- Collaboration with sales teams.
Requirements
- High school degree (IV)
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in finance, accounting, or Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language - intermediate, active
