Title:  Accounting and Reporting Associate

Job Description

• Performs accounting entries and detailed analysis of fixed assets and inventory throughout the reporting period. 
• Prepares working papers related to monthly reconciliations of balance sheet positions to ensure accurate presentation and reporting of financial position and performance. 
• Collaborates with the Cost Accounting unit and monitors postings by cost centers to enable potential adjustments. 
• Prepares monthly reports. 
• In cooperation with colleagues from the Financial Planning and Control unit, analyzes postings as part of the current performance assessment. 
• Works with colleagues from the Financial Planning and Control unit during the preparation of the annual budget and monthly performance forecasts. 
• Participates in the preparation of statutory reports and reports compiled in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on an annual, semi-annual, and quarterly basis, as well as reports for statistical purposes. 
• Coordinates with external and internal auditors and prepares documentation in line with their requirements. 
• Provides support to activities within the Shared Service Center.

Requirements

• University degree (VII)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• English language - excellent, active
