Job Description
- Responsible for managing all aspects of administration in the crew planning system
- Overall management and administration of the system
- Resolves all issues related to the functionality of the system
- Provides technical support to all system users
- Responsible for the implementation of new modules in the crew planning system
- Prepares and conducts functional tests and scenarios to ensure the quality of results for each delivery before production implementation
- Maintains user accounts and access rights
- Organizes and provides individual and group training for the Company for all system users
- Assists in creating a budget for new modules
- Creates User-friendly instructions in Serbian for all current and future users
- Performs tasks related to crew planning
Requirements
- Univerity diploma (VII), Faculty of Engineering or Transport
- At least 3 years of work experience in aviation and crew resources, with technical and logical understanding of software and active use of the systems for Crew Planning and Control
- Project management experience is preferred
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language – excellent active
