Job Description

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of administration in the crew planning system
  • Overall management and administration of the system
  • Resolves all issues related to the functionality of the system
  • Provides technical support to all system users
  • Responsible for the implementation of new modules in the crew planning system
  • Prepares and conducts functional tests and scenarios to ensure the quality of results for each delivery before production implementation
  • Maintains user accounts and access rights
  • Organizes and provides individual and group training for the Company for all system users
  • Assists in creating a budget for new modules
  • Creates User-friendly instructions in Serbian for all current and future users
  • Performs tasks related to crew planning

Requirements

  • Univerity diploma (VII), Faculty of Engineering or Transport
  • At least 3 years of work experience in aviation and crew resources, with technical and logical understanding of software and active use of the systems for Crew Planning and Control
  •  Project management experience is preferred
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English language – excellent active
