Job Description

  • Oversees fleet leasing activities covering all aspects of aircraft and engine lease agreements, including dry leasing (lease-in), engine leasing, and wet leasing under ACMI terms, subject to lessor approval and aircraft availability during off-peak seasons.
  • Manages lease-related processes by identifying suitable aircraft on the market through market analysis and technical evaluations in coordination with CAMO; leads negotiations on commercial, technical, safety, and redelivery conditions; coordinates internal and external stakeholders for contract execution, conditions precedent (CP) fulfillment, and aircraft importation; monitors the acquisition of all required approvals and certificates, including those issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (DCV); and oversees day-to-day lease administration.
  • Monitors leased assets and prepares regular reports throughout the lease term.
  • Maintains continuous operational communication with lessors, in coordination with relevant internal departments.
  • Reviews, verifies, and approves lease invoices and initiates payment processes in accordance with contractual terms.
  • Prepares project-level statements and reports upon request of lessors and/or senior management.
  • Administers lease agreements by ensuring proper contractual documentation control, archiving, and compliance, mitigating the risk of contractual default.
  • Works closely with the Engineering and Maintenance / Technical Department to coordinate and prepare all activities related to aircraft redelivery.
  • Conducts negotiations with prospective lessees and coordinates all required activities with internal departments, lessors, and lessees for the conclusion and ongoing management of ACMI (wet lease) agreements.
  • Prepares, coordinates, and manages all activities related to engine leasing arrangements.
  • Coordinates activities within the Fleet Leasing Department, providing direct supervision and operational oversight of team members.

Requirements

  • University degree (VII)
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English language – excellent, active
  • At least 5 years of work experience
