Title:  Premium Lounge Host/Hostess

Job Description

• Consistent in providing a high level of service and maintaining a strong and visible presence to ensure a comprehensive customer experience for lounge guests
• Plays an active role in case of flight delays or delays in cooperation with operations and guest communication services, while ensuring that all Premium guests are taken care of in a timely manner in the most efficient and appropriate manner
• Ensures that complaints and/or compliments are taken into account without delay and acted upon in accordance with the prescribed rules and procedures
• Acts as an ambassador of AIR SERBIA providing superior service and handles various roles such as receptionist, concierge, host(ess) and attends to all guest needs as required
• Maintains the OTP standard by ensuring that all guests leave the lounge at the appropriate time for their flight
• Maintains the hygienic and aesthetic standards of the bar, as well as the ambient standards in terms of temperature, furniture arrangement and lighting
• Sets and oversees the bar in accordance with assortment presentation standards in terms of availability, variety and layout
• Takes care of product quality, temperature and standard of service
• Takes care of the safety of the bar by ensuring the application of all operational standards prescribed for equipment and processes
• Resolves guest complaints in order to provide a high level of service in accordance with company standards
• Takes orders, serves beverages, refills and clears supplies

Requirements

• High school diploma (IV)
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience
• Computer literacy
• English language - excellent, active
