Job escription

• Keeps records and documentation in the field of HSE.
• Participates in reporting incidents and accidents with the aim of identifying root causes.
• Participates in organizing basic safety training and education for new employees and monitors their implementation.
• Participates in the implementation and monitoring of waste.
• Performs routine checks of workspaces to identify visible risks.
• Participates in the development of the Risk Assessment Act at the corporate level.
• Participates in the creation of Safe Work Instructions and monitors their implementation at the corporate level.
• Monitors the situation regarding workplace injuries, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses, participates in determining their causes, and prepares reports with proposals for their elimination.
• Cooperates with healthcare institutions that perform occupational medicine services regarding the organization of pre-employment, periodic, and extraordinary medical examinations, as well as other matters related to occupational safety and health at the corporate level.
• Organizes preventive and periodic inspections of work equipment and inspections of electrical and lightning protection systems.
• Participates in the development of employee training programs for safe and healthy work, training programs for employee representatives, and training programs for managers.

Requirements

Type of professional qualification: Level VII, Higher education
One year of work experience in the same or similar jobs
Passed professional exam for performing occupational safety and health duties

Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
English language – intermediate, active use
