Job Description

Responsible for printing flight plans and other documentation such as NOTAMs, weather reports, MEL lists, and similar materials.
Responsible for delivering operational documentation to company flight crews.
Ensures that all equipment in the crew briefing rooms is operational, including maintaining adequate supplies of paper and toner in printers, and reports any malfunctions to the designated supervisor.
Assists the Flight Documentation Officer in tasks such as delivering manuals and operational documentation to the aircraft.
Prints and hands over flight crew journey logs and general declarations, including reprints in case of changes to the crew schedule.
Responsible for ensuring the availability of all required flight-related documents, including Loadsheet Office Information, Aircraft Security Search Checklist, Aerodrome Competency Form, Line Proficiency Check, Voyage Report, Balance Sheet, Loadsheet, flight documentation envelopes, and others, and informs relevant organizational units when replenishment is needed.
Maintains records of the handover of mobile phones, iPads, and Jeppesen manuals
Monitors the technical condition and serviceability of mobile phones.

Requirements

Level of education: Level III / IV / Secondary education
Minimum work experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
Computer skills: Proficient in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
English language: Excellent, active use
