Job Description

Ensures that all flights are conducted safely and efficiently in accordance with state regulations and Company procedures.
Ensures adherence to the fuel uplift policy and ensures that flights are carried out economically and efficiently.
Monitors the flight operations system, taking into account potential or current operational issues from the dispatch center perspective (weather conditions, delays, slots, NOTAMs, MEL, fire‑fighting coverage, landing facilities, etc.), and ensures that all relevant organizational units address them.
Manages weather‑related risks by proactively avoiding severe weather conditions.
Cost control: efficiently manages and plans costs to ensure maximum benefit from the TFR.
Line operations management: minimizes delays by planning flights to adhere to the schedule and preventing delays at destinations.
Flight planning: calculates the required fuel for the safe completion of the flight in accordance with aircraft type, flight distance, maintenance limitations, weather conditions, fuel uplift policy based on fuel costs, and minimum fuel requirements defined in OM Part A and the CAD.
MEL management: establishes communication with the Maintenance unit regarding any MEL item that may affect the planned aircraft performance.
Training: completes all mandatory initial and recurrent training at a satisfactory level required to maintain the CAD Flight Dispatcher license, including aircraft systems, company operational policy, meteorology, and regulations.

Requirements

Education level: VII, University degree; Mechanical Engineering or Transport/Traffic Engineering Faculty
Minimum 2 years of work experience
Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
English language: intermediate active level
