Title:  Compliance Engineer

Job description

• Prepares and conducts inspections and oversight of internal and subcontracted maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
• Conducts investigations of deficiencies in aircraft maintenance within the compliance assurance system, aiming to reduce the recurrence of incidents, lower costs, and increase safety
• Prepares reports within the quality assurance system arising from inspections, oversight, and investigations to ensure formal review and tracking of inspections, oversight, and investigations
• Prepares procedures for ensuring compliance and maintenance to ensure alignment with regulations and continuous improvement
• Explains the importance of compliance assurance to the technical staff (aircraft maintenance and fleet airworthiness) and provides training on maintenance procedures to ensure adequate knowledge of these procedures
• Participates in all compliance-related tasks defined in the MOE and SAME manuals
• Monitors the implementation of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) to ensure that airworthiness directives are properly implemented
• Monitors processes related to the Certificate of Airworthiness (CofA) and the Certificate of Registration (CofR) in terms of initial issuance and returning the aircraft to the owner

Requirements

• Higher professional education (VII)
• At least 3 years of work experience
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English language – excellent, active
