Title:  Catering Services Manager

Job Description

• Defines the criteria for the formation of catering offers, catering standards, based on customer requirements, in accordance with the type of traffic, fleet configuration, or other significant elements of the catering service.
• Ensures the efficient operation of catering services and customer service in accordance with manuals, instructions, and safety standards.
• Actively participates in defining the menu, preparing the Crew Plating Guide (CPG), Equipment Loading Plan (ELP), communicates with relevant departments and service providers.
• Organizes the process of monitoring and managing the consumable material and inventory of the airline, estimates the required quantities, and initiates procurement in a timely manner.
• Monitors, aligns, and proposes changes to existing procedures in order to improve quality and efficiency in compliance with international regulations and standards in the catering services for air traffic.
• Participates in commercial negotiations, and prepares operational catering and supporting documentation.
• Controls the performance of service providers, organizes methodologies for monitoring standards, and proposes measures for improving products and services.
• Participates in the preparation of the annual budget for their area of responsibility, maintains active contracts and pricing lists.

Requirements

• University diploma (VII)
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English language - excellent, active
• Driver's license, category B
