Title:  Catering Services Control Specialist

Job Description

• Controls the documentation related to aircraft supply with In-Flight Catering services both domestically and internationally, and ensures compliance with manuals, instructions, and safety standards
• Communicates with catering service providers to monitor compliance with defined catering service standards
• Checks the quantity of meals, beverages, and consumable materials during the packing and sealing of trolleys, as well as when the trolleys are returned to the caterer's premises; communicates any recorded irregularities to the catering service providers and reports to the direct supervisor
• Creates and monitors documentation flows, inventory, and stock records by location and station, and prepares periodic reports for the manager or third parties
• Performs checks on the functionality of catering equipment and inventory, records any malfunctions, initiates servicing activities to ensure safe and uninterrupted process, and submits periodic reports
• Receives and stores goods in the warehouse; issues supplies from the warehouse; preserves, classifies, records goods, and monitors the stock levels of stored supplies
• Handles mail dispatch and transport duties
• Checks the security seal on aircraft trolleys received from the catering supplier, verifies the seal number, and compares the trolley contents against the provided supply list
• Packs contents into the trolleys, secures them with a seal, and records the data in the aircraft supply list
• Performs loading and unloading of catering materials and equipment.

Requirements

• High schoold diploma (IV)
• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English language - intermediate, active
