Title:  Catering Control Service Specialist

Job Description

• Monitors fundamental regulations related to catering business standards and food handling safety. 
• Assists in risk assessment concerning primary production, food preparation, handling, storage, and catering services. 
• Supports quality control through regular activities to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. 
• Contributes to the development of checklists based on quality control methodology related to food safety and catering services. 
• Conducts daily supervision of food safety and catering quality standards implementation, and prepares corresponding reports. 
• Assists in comparing catering equipment and product contents with supply lists and relevant documentation. 
• Performs basic quantitative and qualitative control of catering products and services. 
• Communicates with external institutions and laboratories to improve the quality of catering services and products. 
• Reports all deviations from standards and prepares appropriate documentation. 
• Coordinates with service providers outside the Belgrade base to enhance catering products and monitor inventory. 
• Tracks operational requirements and changes within the catering service domain. 
• Monitors deviations from standards via the Onboard Cabin Report (OCR) and proposes corrective actions to resolve non-conformities.

Requirements

• High school degree (IV)
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English language – excellent, active
• Category B driver's license
