Job Description
- Processes the Onboard Cabin Report
- Sorts, files and stores OCR reports, bar lists and Unaccompanied Minor handover lists
- Distributes reports (OCR/MIR/PDR) to relevant departments
- Follows up reports in case of non-compliance with Air SERBIA prescribed standards and procedures
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports and determines trends by number of written reports, number of reports per CS, department with the most objections, type of most common problem
- Creates and distributes permits to Cabin Crew
Requirements
- High school diploma (IV)
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Experience in the position of Cabin Crew is preferred
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- English language - excellent, active
