Job Description

Assists the Flight Dispatcher in ensuring that all flights are carried out safely and efficiently in accordance with state and Company regulations.

Collaborates with the Flight Dispatcher to ensure adherence to the fuel uplift policy; ensures that flights are conducted economically and efficiently.
Monitors the flight operations system and alerts the Flight Dispatcher to potential or current operational issues from the dispatch center perspective (weather conditions, delays, slots, NOTAMs, MEL, airport operating hours, fire‑fighting coverage, landing facilities, etc.) and warns the Flight Dispatcher about possible disruptions.

Assists the Flight Dispatcher in assessing weather‑related risks: proactively avoids severe weather conditions.

Assists the Flight Dispatcher in cost control: effectively manages costs and plans to ensure maximum benefit from TFR.

Assists the Flight Dispatcher in flight planning: calculating the required amount of fuel for the safe completion of the flight in accordance with aircraft type, flight distance, maintenance limitations, weather conditions, fuel uplift policy based on fuel costs, and minimum fuel requirements defined in OM Part A and the DCV.

Completes all mandatory initial training required to obtain the DCV flight dispatcher license, including aircraft systems, company operational policy, meteorology, and regulations.

Requirements

Education level: VII, University degree; Faculty of Mechanical Engineering or Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering

No previous work experience required

Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

English language – excellent, active knowledge
