Job Description
- Responsible for overall management and supervision of all ground service providers at the airports within their scope and jurisdiction.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key business partners at the airports they are responsible for.
- Ensures that all airport-related operations are conducted in accordance with Air Serbia manuals and comply with regulations and defined standards in the areas of safety and security.
- Promotes awareness of the company’s security policies and security culture among service providers. Implements a policy of reporting incidents and errors "without repercussions."
- Responsible for conducting investigations into security incidents assigned by the Safety and Compliance unit, implementing established corrective and preventive actions, and monitoring their implementation.
- Responsible for identifying security risks in accordance with risk assessment procedures and ensuring that appropriate risk reduction measures are implemented to ensure operational safety.
- Responsible for introducing and controlling the defined service levels at the airports in their jurisdiction, ensuring a consistent level of operational activities and client services.
- Accountable for the application of the emergency response plan and business continuity in the field of ground operations.
- Responsible for the financial control of services provided at the airport network. Implements cost control measures and ensures the identification and utilization of opportunities to optimize revenue and reduce costs at the airport.
- Provides proposals for aligning SLA contracts with business partners to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Monitors service execution and proposes invoicing for penalties defined in the contracts.
- Responsible for establishing ground services at all new stations in the network to meet the expected service standards for passengers and achieve approved business plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma (IV)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language – excellent, active
